SUBMISSIONS LICENSE
By publishing or submitting any materials to this Site, including, but not limited to, comments, messages, viewer reviews, photos, videos or questions (“Submissions”), you automatically grant CSL a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional, fully paid right and license: (a) to make, have made, use, copy, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of your Submissions, (b) to publicly perform or display, import, broadcast, transmit, distribute (directly and indirectly through multiple tiers), license, offer to sell and sell, rent, lease, or lend copies of your Submissions (and derivative works thereof), and (c) to sublicense to third parties the foregoing rights, including the right to sublicense to further third parties. Additionally, you consent to the use of your name, statements, photographs, videos, voice recordings and likenesses for publicity purposes, as well as any other purpose associated with this Site and agree that such grant and consent is without restrictions or additional compensation or permission of any kind. Please be aware that once you post something online, there is the potential for the public to read your words, even years from now. We suggest that you exercise caution when posting on any social media site and that you never disclose personal identifiable information like your personal account number, PIN, phone number, email, address and personal financial information. CSL shall not be liable in any way for any losses or claims that arise from any confidential information posted by users on CSL Social Media. While we make reasonable efforts to monitor and/or moderate content posted on our social media platforms, we do not moderate all comments and cannot always respond in a timely manner to online requests for information. You must comply with our Social Media Terms and Conditions. CSL does not monitor every posting of User Content on the CSL Social Media sites. We reserve the sole right to review, edit and/or delete any comments we deem inappropriate. While opinions and commentary may vary, we kindly request that all members be respectful of each other and all opinions, even in disagreement. While CSL does not generally edit or monitor content posted by non-CSL employees or other persons, CSL reserves the right to improve the experience on this social media site by prohibiting certain conduct and, at its sole discretion, removing posts. Comments including but not limited to the following are not permitted and may be deleted or edited:
1. Harassing, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, unprofessional and abusive or disrespectful language and or material;

6. Impersonating any person or entity for the purpose of misleading others; or to violate any applicable laws or regulations;
7. Off-topic and redundant comments (this includes promotion of events, groups, pages);
Further, you hereby confirm that you will not:
8. Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file or content that is uploaded, posted or attached;
9. Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
10. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials (including sweepstakes or multi-level marketing offers)
11. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of this site;
12. Post or upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property;
13. Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded, posted or attached.

CSL reserves the right to terminate involvement of and where possible restrict access by users who post such non-permitted content; review and/ or remove or delay submissions at any time as it deems appropriate. CSL does not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaims all liability for any and all submissions including posts made by employees, contractors or affiliates who are not authorized administrators of this site. Submissions to this site do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of CSL. CSL does not warrant nor is responsible for the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of information or materials on this Site and disclaims liability for the errors or omissions in the materials and information. The entire risk of assessing or viewing or using this site is assumed by you. We will not be responsible for any virus or computer defect or any other problems experienced by the user in or from accessing this Site. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
